About us

  The purpose of the Dakota Association Medical Staff Services shall be to provide a forum for educational activities at a local level.  

   The mission of the Dakota Association Medical Staff Services is to provide the opportunity for continuing education, to promote the improvement of professional knowledge and skills by uniting persons who are engaged in medical staff activities, and to support the mission statement of the National Association Medical Staff Services (herein called NAMSS). The association shall also strive to increase membership, involve current members and provide consistent communication to its members. 

   The goals of the Association are to provide educational opportunities and resources to its membership and to provide a forum wherein members can keep current with changes in healthcare and standards recommended by accrediting bodies. The Association shall promote professional relationships within the organization and with external organizations.
