dealing with a$$holes...takes one to know one!

We may not spend a lot of time with teammates being a$$holes, but they consume a lot of time because they are so draining.  And every so often, we consume a lot of other people's time because we are being one.  The most important thing to remember is people are generally not a$$holes all the time, but we all certainly can be one some of the time.  

We will share information we learned ahead of time about our workplace, ourselves, and our personalities.  The more we know about personalities, the more useful the tools can be. We will walk through some ideas and identify what one can be like.  You'll be able to compartmentalize what kind of an a$$hole they are being so you can use your tools correctly. 

Remember, we're all a mix of sunshine and a$$hole.  The key is balance! 

In our time we will have three goals:

1. Learn from each other, a$$holes come in may forms.  What kind are there?  What kind am I?
2. Build our toolbox to mitigate the impact of a$$hold behavior.  Disarming one.  Stop being one.
3. Be entertained!  if you take too many things too seriously, you might be one.
