Ann Klinger, CPCS, CPMSM serves as the Director of the OHSU Health Medical Affairs Program, where she leads systemwide medical staff credentialing, privileging, and governance for Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), an Academic Medical Center and Hillsboro Medical Center (HMC), a community-based hospital. In this role she collaborates with physician leaders, executive leadership, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance state and federal requirements along with accreditation and regulatory standards while promoting patient safety and quality of care.
Ms. Klinger brings many years’ worth of experience supporting medical staff committees and departmental leadership, with expertise in regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and physician workforce integration. She is dual certified through the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and a Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM). Ms. Klinger is actively engaged in professional medical services leadership as an active member of the Oregon Association Medical Staff Services (OAMSS) and currently serves as a NAMSS Director at Large.
